1.  Do we travel for weddings and elopements?

YES! We understand that love knows no boundaries, and neither should your dream wedding location. We are thrilled to offer our expertise and passion for photo and video to couples seeking the perfect destination for their special day. We are based in Utah, but we travel anywhere in the world to celebrate your love. Travel costs are included upfront in our out of state packages so it makes it easy for you to see the total cost when booking with no hidden fees. Want an exclusive deal on your destination wedding? 2.  How does the booking process work?

After inquiring, we will send over our investment guide via email to give you an idea of what collections and experiences we offer as your photo-video team. We set up a facetime call and chat about your vision and needs for your wedding day, making sure we are a good fit. After our call and deciding on what collection fits your needs, we send over our contract and invoice for you to read and sign. We require a 50% non refundable deposit due at booking to secure your date and take it off our calendar. From there – let the planning, pinterest board meetings, and most importantly, the FUN begin!

3.  How are the photos and films delivered?

Your completed photos and films will be delivered through an online gallery service called Pixiset. We will send you an email with a link and personalized pin number to access your full gallery. From there you can download your high quality photos and videos.

4.  When can we expect our photos and films?

- Engagements & Bridal Photos 2- 4 weeks
- Weddings & Elopements 8-10 weeks
We prioritize consistency, artistic integrity, and quality insurance when editing the moments from the most important day of your life. These timeframes have been
set in place to allow us to edit your gallery the very best! With that being said we totally understand the excitement to see your memories as soon as possible, so we do send sneak peek photos to you within 48-72 hours after your wedding day!

5. How far in advance should we book with you?

Booking the perfect photo-video team for your destination elopement or intimate wedding is an important step in ensuring that your special day is beautifully captured. We recommend securing our services as soon as possible to guarantee availability, especially if you have a specific date or location in mind. We book weddings up to one and a half years out. Even if your plans are not solidified, let’s start chatting about your vision and approach to allow us ample time to collaborate with you, understand your preferences, and how we can work as a team.

However, we understand that every couple's timeline is different, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries whenever possible. Feel free to reach out, and we'll work together to make your destination elopement or intimate wedding experience unforgettable.

6.  We are not very comfortable in front of the camera, Will you help pose us?

We completely understand that being in front of the camera can feel a bit daunting, but rest assured, it's our priority to create a comfortable and enjoyable
experience for you both. Our approach to each session is rooted in capturing genuine moments and authentic emotions. During our sessions, we strive to keep things relaxed and natural. We'll guide you through the process with easy, gentle prompts and poses to help you feel at ease. Our goal is to capture the real, unscripted moments that showcase your unique connection. If at any point you have specific ideas or preferences, we're more than happy to incorporate them into the session. Your comfort is our priority, and we're here to make this experience as enjoyable as possible.
